3.Water protection should be checked and cleaned frequently, cooling water can not be washed water protection float switch or water protection float switch is not reset, can not use short-circuit method to solve the urgent need. The cooling water quality should be good. The aluminum oxide of the nozzle is too serious. It should be cleaned regularly for the water in the water pump and the water pipe and the water protection. 4.The suction device should be regularly checked and cleaned, clean the fan duct. 7.The power grid should be matched. The power distribution and contact points of all parts of the whole equipment should be good (fan, water cooler, laser machine, laser power supply, computer should be powered independently).
8.The working current of the laser tube should be reasonable, and it can not be used for 90-100 light intensity for a long time; it is necessary to rationalize the application of laser and save laser energy; the optical path system should be cleaned correctly, otherwise the laser tube will be prematurely aged and cracked, so the laser machine works brightly. Should be adjusted at 50-60% and then adjust the working speed according to the material, this is the best working state of the laser tube.
